It is the holidays again and there wasn’t much planning done. Thus this Genting trip was a very last minute one. I just needed a break from everything!
Well, we took the Five Star bus, it didn’t look as fantastic as the ones we saw while we booked the trip. But who cares? It’s just a transport. The bus driver was rather fast, and we reached there at around 1pm. But the queue to check into the hotel was already super long… 7063, means there are 62 people in front of our queue.

After waiting for don’t know how many Hours, we managed to check in. Thank God this time we are in Tower 1, which is nearer and newer.
(I don’t wanna mention about what happened to us the previous time we stayed in Genting First World Hotel Tower 2…

Day 2 began with the hunt for Old Town White Coffee Cafe, which we FINALLY managed to find! The food they served were tasty and the prices were reasonable! Love the Rendang Chicken!

soooo cooold!

Old Town found!
As we were walking around in Genting, I spotted many people with interesting ‘headgears’. They were of various animals. It looked so cute that I was determined to get it. Finally, we saw the souvenir shop inside the theme park selling it! I was so excited! But, I am not a fan of theme parks and I do not wish to take any of the rides as the rides were classified as too high risk for me! I doubt my heart can take the excitement of the rides!
Thank god we met a super friendly Singaporean family who helped us to buy the cute Husky and Penguin headgears as they were buying tickets to go into the theme park. However, we realised that the other entrance of the theme park has got a stall that was selling some headgears, so we happily got another Lion headgear!

After that, we started walking all over the various hotels and eating all kinds of food there. Seriously, having a meal in Genting is not cheap at all. Everything cost RM4 and above and all the meals would cost you at least RM40 and above for 2 pax.
The nicest and tastiest meal we had was at this chinese restaurant called ‘Good Friends Express’. Love the Wanton Mee! Uber tasty! Looking at the picture now makes me hungry!

Anyway, it was a nice getaway at Genting. Away from all worries and work. I ate and slept like nobody’s business! I am really looking forward to the next trip!
